General Appearance: The American Bulldog has a powerful build, thick neck, strong shoulders and a strong jaw. They are taller and swifter then their cousin, the English bulldog. They have a box-like muzzle, broad and muscular hind legs. Origin: USA

Temperament: The American Bulldog is truly loyal and obedient of its master if trained properly, they should not be owned by novices. It is eager to please and genuinely loves children. The American Bulldog is known to be assertive and bold. They are happiest when they have a job to do.

Height: Mature males range from 22-27 inches and mature females from 20-25 inches

Weight: Mature male ranges from 75-125 lbs and mature females from 60-100 lbs
